As a seasoned global business analyst, Olusayo boasts a distinguished career in the financial sector, leveraging her expertise in credit analysis and sales management to drive success. Prior to joining our team, she held key leadership positions in leading financial institutions, where she spearheaded successful initiatives to drive revenue growth, mitigate sales risk, and enhance customer relationships.
As Head of Credit and Sales, Olusayo spearheads the credit assessment process, drives portfolio growth, and develops strategic sales initiatives. She leads a high-performing team, guiding them to meet and exceed targets, while delivering exceptional financial services. She works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment towards our organizational goals.
Olusayo holds a BSc in Business Administration from Southwestern University and an HND in Purchasing and Supply from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. She is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB), Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and a Fellow of the National Institute of Credit Administration (FICA).
