Oladimeji Shogbola  brings a diverse skill set encompassing operations management, process improvement, and team leadership as the Head of Operations of the Bank. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results, he is committed to enhancing operational effectiveness and driving organizational success.

In his role, Oladimeji is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, optimizing processes for efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination between different departments. Oladimeji leads our operations team with expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

Oladimeji has a solid background in operations management, customers experience, having held key leadership positions. He has successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented best practices, and streamlined operations to achieve cost savings and improve overall performance. His dynamic, innovative, and transformative mindset was instrumental in starting Advans La Fayette MFB 12 (twelve) years ago, where he served as an operation assistant, Head of customer service, and later as Head of banking operations for the Bank. He was also the pioneer Head of Operations of Cedrus Africa SME Ltd.
Oladimeji holds a first degree from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and MBA (in view) at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH). He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB).
